Fall Fun

We are absolutely in love with fall around our house.  The weather in Green River is perfect in the fall.  We couldn't ask for anything nicer.  The girls have been playing outside a ton and we have been going for walks again and we finally got some pumpkins.  Yay for fall.
My little man in his super cute church tie onesie from Uncle Steven

Sweet pumpkin girl.  I am happy to report that both girls love pumpkins as much as their mom.

Cute little boy.

At the fall farm in Payson.  It was kind of a rip off-like they charged money for every little thing.

A hayride.  The girls love hay rides.  They would have loved the ones my dad used to do.

These turkeys were a little miffed at \Greg and were ready to attack.  He is doing a good job not showing any fear.

Hay bail maze.  The girls loved it.  I wonder if they would like bale jumping?

We made it to one month

The first month went by so fast. But this little guy gets cuter with time so I don't mind.  In month 1 Treyson went from my dream child (calm and quite) to Mr. Screamer-especially when he is put in his carseat.  He hates that thing.  He eats about every 3-4 hours but can sleep for a good 4 or 5 hour stretch also-just not at night.  His sisters still love him as much as ever and he and daddy certainly have many conversations about hunting and other boy stuff.  I think daddy is super glad to have a buddy.  He has also started cracking a smile now and then and that makes everyone's hearts melt.

Being a month old is exhausting.

#1 Treyson fan.

My beautiful children.

I don't know if I am back or not.

I want to keep up a blog-actually I want to keep up two blogs but it is nearly impossible to get everyone dressed and fed each day before 10:00am and my girls stopped napping-so therefore I haven't figured out when there is time to blog.  What someone needs to invent is a voice control for your computer so that you can just say what you want to type and it will automatically do it for you.  That would be so cool (well and dangerous and probably offensive and could make you an enemy to lots of people-so it would definitely have to come with a delete setting)...I digress.  So since i recently finished putting together a photo book I thought I would just use some of the collages I made for that to do a little update.
Treyson's blessing day.  He was super fussy-the pants had to go.  I love the one of him with his hand up-looks like he is preaching the gospel already.

We call him Mr. Handsome around here and he really is.  We also call him: bud, buddy, bug, snuggle bug, Mr. T and cute boy.

The girls are as excited about their brother as ever.  Every time they first wake up and see him it is like the excitement starts all over again for them, like they are thinking, "yep he is still here and he is still a baby and he is still our brother."

Our first official outing to look at leaves.  Remarkably Treyson slept for 6 hours straight in his carseat and he HATES his carseat.

Mud Pies

We have been doing a lot of this around our house lately (consequently I have been doing a lot of laundry too).
The girls have been playing out back by their playhouse with water, dirt and lettuce.  I grew a  bunch of lettuce in my garden and have no use for it at all so I have been giving it to the girls to play cooking with.  They love it and we have lettuce strewn from here to breakfast.
We had a good rainstorm a few weeks go and the girls were ecstatic to put on their rainboots and get splashing.
They started in our puddle but soon moved next door to the big puddle by Bob's house.  It was a muddier one.
First they splashed, then they sat in just the mud and dug.
The miss Brailie ventured partly into the water

And then I finally just said, "oh go ahead and sit in it" and they didn't hesitate.
It started like this but let me just say a full bath was required when it was all done.

When Lily came to play

Ashlee and her daughter Lily came to visit at the beginning of July.  The girls loved having Lily around.  It was so fun to visit with Ashlee and have her over for the day.  We met her in Price a week later and went swimming and ate dinner with her and her parents too.  These pictures are from the girls playing in the sprinklers in our backyard.  The day was so super hot so this was nice and refreshing.  I am not sure what Lily thought of it though.  She had the best facial expressions.

Picture Catch up.

Here are just a few pictures that we have had on our cameras that we need to catch up on.
The girls and I (love this one).
The girls talking to the baby.
The girls on their second fishing trip to the mountains with Greg.
This one is just cute of the girls getting ready to go swim.
We got this on our way home from Price.  It was raining and sunny at the same time and this rainbow was just so super bright.
Greg got this of the sunset one night-how beautiful.

My birthday

I guess Greg just uploaded these photos so I thought I would post them.  These are from my birthday.  Greg and the girls had some good surprises for me.  I apologize for all the pictures of me in my pj's.  The girls and Grandma made me a card and snuck out and bought a present while Greg had taken me to Grand Junction for shopping and dinner.

And they chose out this super handy new watering can which I really needed.
I got a new waffle maker
And I got a new blender too.
Greg and I collaborated to make a yummy dinner and I made myself angel food cake with strawberries and real whipped cream-my favorite.
It was a great day.  The next week Greg took the girls to Monroe over night as the second part of my birthday present.  I asked for one whole day by myself to sew.  I got almost 2 full days.  The girls had a blast with their dad and Grandma and Grandpa and I worked my tail off on all kinds of projects at home.  Thanks to Greg and the girls for a great birthday.  Love you all.

Two girls and a bucket of water

The girls asked for a bucket of water and a few cups and bowls the other day.  They wanted to clean off their bikes.  When I went out to check on them it looked like their attention had quickly shifted from the bikes to them.  They were standing in the water bucket dumping cups of water on their heads just giggling and having the greatest time.  I just left them alone to play.  They were drenched within minutes but it was a hot day so I don't blame them-probably felt wonderful.  i love it when they play well together.
